Irwandi Yusuf - Banda Acheh, Indonesia - Irwandi Yusuf, newly elected governor of Banda Acheh. Mr. Yusuf was a GAM rebel and in prison when the tsunami hit, he escaped through a hole in the prison and against all odds was elected governor one year later on December 16, 2006.
