TAMIL TIGERS

In 2004 Kloie joined the NGO COHI to document their work with survivors of the devastating tsunami that hit Sri Lanka and killed tens of thousands.  During that time Kloie had a chance meeting with Tamil Tigers and was one of the only journalists granted access to the funeral of a top-level Tiger negotiator who had just completed a meeting with the Sri Lankan government.  He was gunned down in his car by unknown assassins.
